Yes, legal transactions can also be concluded without being physically present.

Yes, you can acquire land and buildings on the basis of a leasehold as a tourist. In our offer it is possible to extend the leasehold for up to 30 years at the current market price. With an Indonesian company (e.g. PT PMA) it is also possible for you to own land for up to 80 years. You are welcome to ask our notary about this topic.

You have the right to extend the leasehold at any time, but no later than 3 months before the current contract expires. If, for example, you are interested in extending the leasehold to a full 30 years with the purchase, we can implement this for you. It is best to contact us directly on this subject.

The price for the extension is based on the market price and the size of your land. As a guide, for 150m² of land you can expect to pay around USD 3500 for a further 5 years leasehold.

Financing on the basis of loans is possible from our side. For more information you should consult your bank.

Due to the geographical location of Panorama Palms at 205 meters above sea level (one of highest points in Uluwatu), the risks of flooding are close to zero. The solid rock subsoil of the property and our proven construction technique with the reinforcement of the masonry with thick metal struts reduces the risk of lasting effects of earthquakes. To be 100% protected, you can conclude a building insurance.

Yes, we offer a warranty:

- 2 years on waterproofing
- 1 year on finishing

Our team has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. You can see past and current projects on our Instagram account. In addition, you have full control over the construction project thanks to the payment plan. With us, you only pay the deposit in advance to secure the villa. All other payments are made after completion of a construction phase (10%, 35%, 65%, 85%, 100%). You pay the remaining 5% after handover of the property to you.
