Yes, you can acquire land and buildings on the basis of a leasehold as a tourist. To acquire land for freehold as non resident it is mantatory to have a PT PMA which holds the land title, not you as a person.

You have the right to extend the leasehold at any time, but no later than 3 months before the current contract expires. If, for example, you are interested in extending the leasehold to a full 25 years with the purchase, we can implement this for you. It is best to contact us directly on this subject.

The price for the extension is based on the market price and the size of your land. As a guide, for 100m² of land you can expect to pay around EUR 4000 for a further 5 years leasehold.

Financing on the basis of loans is possible from our side. For more information you should consult your bank. For some projects we offer a  loan through us which is paid back by the rental income.
